Q: I am a property manager, what
does your software do for me?
A: EMP makes things easier, because the residents using the website
do most of the mundane work, Such as scheduling clubhouse rentals,
pool passes etc. Residents can get the latest information from
the website, you do not have to create a news letter, collate it and
mail it, they can get documents from the website that they need for
closing etc.
Q: Do I need training to use EPM
A: The short answer is some initial explanations and training will
be needed. However most of the screens are in plain English and no
cryptic codes are necessary to learn.
