Options Buttons: Adding in your Subcontractor costs is easy as choosing the options from the drop down menu and entering a value that you choose. The dropdown menu searches the database for the default values you have already entered. If you do not have a value in the project already the options will use the default database value. You will see all the options with a Standard Project. However a Drop ship project will have limited choices. Buy choosing the large buttons you can add a foundation, add site work costs, choose the home, add a porch, garage and add factory options as well as Special Options you create, such as extra materials, from the factory to complete an onsite built garage, porch, or Deck.
